Exercise 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week.

Guidelines:
Some kind of exercise that get s your heart pumping & you sweating. It can be aerobics, treadmill, biking or etc... anything that gets you moving.

Guidelines:
Try & drink at least 64oz of water on a daily basis.

Lemon & Ginger hot water first thing in the morning

Guidelines:
When you first get up every morning place a slice or two of lemon & a couple of thin slices of ginger in hot water & drink it. This will help the body pull the impurities out of our body every morning.

Juice 80% veggies & 20% fruit on a daily basis

Guidelines:
No smoothies. It has to be fresh veggies & fruits juiced on a daily basis. Try & juice the rainbow on a daily basis. Remember the rule 80% veggie & 20% fruit. No store bought bottled juices. They are packed with all kinds of preservatives. We are trying to detox our bodies from processed foods & juices. The best thing about the juice fast is there is no limit on how many juices you can drink in one day.

On the 31st day take a couple of different pictures so you can compare them to your start photos. When we look at yourselves on a daily basis we don't see all the different changes that have occurred to our body. You don't have to share unless you want to. I think it's another great tool to see how far we have come in a short time.
