Welcome to the 30-day Challenge! The first day is always exciting, though maintenance can be a challenge. I encourage you to start strong, and look through your calendar to set a date with yourself and your workout dvd each day. If it's in your calendar, it's more likely to happen. Also, you might enjoy making your own calendar that's visible by your computer or TV that you can cross off each day when you meet your workout goal. It's a good visual celebration of your perseverance, and a reminder to finish what you started when you're sitting on the couch. Remember: you can do anything for 30 days. Make a promise to yourself to commit to 30 days. If you hate it, you'll be done in 30 days. If you love it, you'll be 30 days into a new healthy habit!
