Good for you! I have 30 day shred too, but honestly like Ripped in 30 better. Once you've gone through the 30 day shred you should try that one. There are 4 levels and the 3-2-1 is 30 seconds of the strength exercises instead of 1 min., but it still works you hard. Keep up the good work!
