I have been alternating betweein Jillian's kickboxing vidio and a Tae Bo tape. Kicking my butt! Hope to continue and will eventually be able to do whole tape without stopping to breathe!

Good for you! I have been doing Jillian's Yoga Meltdown with my daughter a couple of times a week, and I just got her Extreme Shed & Shred, so we'll see how that goes. I'm still trying to decide exactly which DVD's I will use for the whole 30 days though. I know I'm a procrastinator, but I'll do something tonight if it kills me!
Goals for 2018:
Do 20 consecutive push-ups
Use 10 lb. weights for a whole workout
Get one mile pace under 11 mins.
Get stronger physically and mentally
