Wow! Feel like I found the perfect exercise workout DVD for me! It's by Tiffany Rothe and its absolutely free from YOUTUBE!
I started today with her 10 minute warm-up at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPGNKMKpL1E
which is easily the most enjoyable warm-up I've ever done.
Then I followed this with her 10 minute "Get Your Sexy Back -Fat Busting" Workout at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOZDN1UnZ9U
which I did twice to take me up to the 30 minutes required. I enjoyed it so much, it's like I almost didn't realise I was exercising and all sweaty. As usual I'm probably the last person on the planet to find out about her workouts, but for me anyway it really took the pain out of exercising and is teaching me how to move my body but essentially my hips & booty sexily again..something I seemed to loose after my 2nd child! lol
If anyone else has favourite DVD workouts I'd love to hear about it here so I can keep it fun & varied over the 30 days?
