Did my first 30 mins yesterday, started out slow, hoping to gain momentum in the coming weeks. Was planning on skipping today but my daughter wanted to go outside so I said "0 well" let me just walk. It felt great. Did well on my diet too. Still trying to cut down on my carbs though. It's really kinda hard for me, the island I live on its hard to ge fresh verges sometimes. I started my own garden, so hoping to do better in the coming weeks. Keep up the good work all and" let's walk the weight off in 2013".

Remember small steps...Be consistant and the rewards are great...I have confidence you will perserve. When you feel you don't want to...get your daughter and put on some music and dance.
