Move more. Drink more water. Sleep well.
Guidelines
Drink more water; No soda. Don't just count calories, but include fiber, protein and fruits and veggies in your daily plan. Choose healthy energy boosts like apples and plums and strawberries. Sleep better. Workout with walks at a minimum even if you can't do anything hard core. Try to find more challenging ways to push your body to move more and sweat out the toxins.
