Guidelines:
Do any workout of your choose, ie. walking, wii, workout dvds. Eat Healthy (as much as possible). Don't let others get you away from your goal nd try to workout a minimum of 30 minutes unless it is a high intensity workout (like Turbo Fire HIIT).

Day 3
I completed day 3 with a walk on my treadmill, and some weight training. Hopefully, tomorrow I will get to go to the beach for a few hours. There I can get some play time and exercise time in.

Did not run today. Went for a brisk walk with my dogs for an hour and 15 minutes. It is so nice outside. I also did Wii Fit for 25 minutes. Going for a ride on my horse now. Have a great day ever ...
