How are folks doing so far?
My nutritionist's plan for me has pretty low food intake for *me*, so i am having a hard time figuring out my afternoon energy slump. Essentially I want to sleep about an hour or 2 after i go to the gym, which is right in the last chunk of my workday. I can't sleep at my desk! Trying to balance out my fruit/yogurt snacks for the day to carry me through to quittin' time.
I'm also finding that i am a bit grumpy between meals. I know there's some adjustment going on there, but trying to make sure i don't just become super lethargic or a total a**hole has me trying to stay aware of how i'm doing.
