Take a 100 cals off from your total daily cals

Guidelines:
According to 1st mini challenge, meals, ideally, should be of 300 cals. This new mini challenge takes into consideration different total RDI's accordingly to height, weight and weight goal. If your total RDI for example is of 2000, try doing 1900 or 1850 cals a day instead, with 5 meals that would each be and average of 380 to 370. Log in your results!!!
