Create a big (400g + of raw salad vegetables) fridge grazing box

Add lots of carrots, a little sea salt to make t more interesting. The box should last the day. You can add celery, cucumber, red peppers, cabbage etc.

Record everything you eat on each of the 800 calories day.

Try to have a little protein with every meal but eat no fruit today. Remember to eat well the day before and that you are only going to do this for one day at a time.
