Getermination
i am almost 60 with a myriad of diseases/conditions. Bht I too am determined to lose weight. I know I will feel better if I do.

Today is the day our challenge starts!!!!!!!!!
We have at least 15 pounds to lose by 1/31/14. As for me I have difficulty losing weight, so it is off to the gym I go!!
