I love what you said about drinking half your weight in oz of H2o! But, I will put creamer in my coffee( fat free hazelnut) of course. Why is red and orange bad, can you explain what all that consists of???

in the first week our goal is to get ride of the extra water in our body ,the tomato and most of the vegetables which are not green has a lot of mineral which lead to confine the water in your body
