Guidelines

don't train for more than 1 hour since your on a diet and that will take from the musculus not the fat ( its hard to get musculus ) start your traning by 5 mins of walking then run i found a research showed that if your ran at the begging of your training that will burn 22 % more calories i will train twice a day but its up to you 45 mins cardio 45 walking and running
