Hey I'm here! That's crazy bc I don't usually do anything on this challenge's forum, but hi! Our start points and goals are really similar- that's neat. Have a great day!

Good Morning...
Not sure if anyone else is in Europe..Good luck to everyone....
Trying to motivate myslef with rewards for myself at the end of 12 weeks....I would like to be under 200 for a goal for the 12 weeks....and it would be a great thing if my thighs did not rub together anymore!!!!!! And for all of my hard work I am going to give myself a trip to France to see friends and to go and get a mini make over...new hair cut and new makeup.....something fresh and makes me look younger!!!

MY SKINNY SELF - that sounds fabulous... a make over in Paris! What a fun thing to do! I guess I haven't really thought about my end reward yet... though, I know I really should have an end goal. I guess I am just so tickled with the plausability of being able to lose weight, that a smaller me really is reward enough! So easy to please, eh? I went through such a long period where it was all I could do to stop gaining weight, forget trying to lose it - hormones / thyroid / medication ... whatever it was did a number on me! ...I suppose the new wardrobe will be a given when I lose all of the weight, so there is value in that too! I am just so tickled to actually be able to finally start losing weight! So joyous to me!

Hi KelseyR... Parallel goals... thats neat that we have the same ideas! It looks like overall you have been doing a great job with your weight loss... thats inspiring! Getting rid of 50 pounds is not an easy task. If you think of it, you lost a first grader! lol! Way to go!
So what type of exercises do you like to do? I do a blend of Pilates, Tai Chi, Tae Bo - PS3 - etc... I have a gym membership, but its a bit dusty. Time to find my card and get back to it...
