So, I decided to go ahead and begin today, instead of tonight, lol... I am trying to remember to drink water, have been tracking my calories... worked for the last 2 hours with my husband at trying assemble a metal swing set... hoping to work in some housework soon... so far I am well within my RDI (which could change with dinner & snacking) - but right now I am right on track for this comp! Yay, me! How is everyone else doing? Has anyone else begun?
