Guidelines:
This is a beginner's interval program so start slow and easy. Warm up with a slow walk for 5 minutes then run 1 minute and walk 2 minutes, repeat intervals for a total of 30 minutes. Cool down with a slow walk for 5 minutes. Remember to gently stretch before and after your workout and drink plenty of water. Your weekly goal is to run/walk at least 3 times a week.
