I travel for work and struggle with getting a good breakfast. Does anyone have any suggestions for a healthy breakfast on-the-go?

Fruit and/or yogurt! A protein or fiber bar would be good to get you going and keep you going throughout the day! If you are able to, make yourself a protein shake or smoothie before you leave the house. Those always keep me full and you can drink them on the go!

When I travel I like to go to McDonalds for a fruit and yogurt parfait or a fruit and walnut salad with coffee and a bottle of water.

I am this same way and I have a meal replacement bar every morning. I love these ones: Hope you find one you like. Good luck!

Miss Megan:
For protein shakes, do you have any brands that you would recommend? I can't stand the taste of fake sugars, so a lot of the low calorie diet ones probably wouldn't work.

For meal replacement bars...the ones that you suggested sound good. Are they grainy?

I usually go for any whey protein shake. I like to buy a vanilla and then add banana or strawberries to it. You can buy frozen fruit and throw it in the blender with your shake. The shake usually takes on the flavor of whatever I mix it with and its ready in 2 minutes or less!

I weigh out portions of cereal into little ziploc baggies and bring them along with me. If I'm in a hurry for breakfast, all I have to do is grab one of those little baggies and munch on the bus or at my desk!
