My wife is doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Available from Netflix if you wanted, and she says it is a ruthless 30 minute workout, but is loving the quick activity blast.

I would not recommend my approach to quitting soda, a tonsillectomy, but I can say that cutting out the soda has made me feel like I have accomplished something. I did not cut out caffiene altogether, ...
