Guidelines:
You have to work up to burning 3500 calories once per day. It's pretty tough to do it with one activity, so I think it's wise to work up endurance in a few different activities.

1800 calories every day for 4 weeks
Guidelines:
Eventually, the Treadesk for me will grow to a very significant calorie burn - around 1250 per day on average. For that month, I want the average calorie expenditure to be 1800 per day. That is roughly 1000 extra calories above the goal.
