Exercise 30 minutes a day
Guidelines:
We don't need no stinkin' gyms to exercise. Do anything that gets your heart pumping. I turn on the radio and dance like a maniac. Hopefully, I'll never have a peeping Tom or he'll think I'm having a fit!

uh oh
Yesterday duidnt go as planned....went out with a friend for drinks and ended up taking in almost 1000 calories more than i burned..ughh....the bar is always my downfall
