Day 1 - 50 Crunches in the morning and 50 crunches at night
Day 2 - 25 Crunches in the morning and 75 at night.
Thank goodness it does not matter when you do them or how many you do at a time - just do them. I do my crunches while lying in bed (mattress is firm and it is easier on the back).

Yesterday - felt lazy so did a quick 100

Today my regular 200
-Weighted chest (10kg)x50, -Weight behind head (10kg)x50, - Side Crunch Weighted (10kg)x100
