Challenge Forum: 1st day of the Ab challenge

Hello, it's the end of the first day Australian time Smile

Before the challenge I was doing 200 crunches about every 2nd day (10kg weighted) so thought I'd join the group and set myself the goal of doing 'at least' 100 a day so that I can't escape on my rest days or lazy days.

Today: 100 regular, 100 weighted (10kg), and did about 45 at Pilates class

I'm new to this site, so feel free to add me as a buddy.

Hey, got my crunches in. No, I didn't do any extra. Maybe tomorrow!

I use to do like 300 crunches a day. I had a nice flat tummy then've already done my 100 for the day....may do some more before I go to bed...just depends on how I feel.
Just a teacher trying to lose weight and not my mind!
