Just got back from shopping at Costco. It's pretty new for our town (opened Oct 2012). I love shopping there! It seems like a majority of their products are all-natural or organic. I've have found many low carb items that will help break up the monotony of eating the same stuff all the time. Don't get me wrong, I love what I can eat on Atkins. But sometimes it's nice to have a little change. Examples: Rotisserie chicken - a MUST to have on hand!! Greek Olive Salad - it has greek pitted olives, feta cheese, pepperoncini, and fresh lemon slices 1 oz. = 1 g carb. Artichoke & Jalapeno dip (great for dipping celery) - 2 tbsp. = 1 g carb. Wholly Guacamole - Comes in packets that you can freeze (yes, FREEZE). Fresh avacados are way better - but they ripen so quickly, you have to eat them right away.
