I like the challange but i am going to use 8:00 p.m eastern
I'm taking 7 p.m. as the spirit of the rule rather than the letter. Since I typically go to bed anywhere between about 1 and 3 a.m., not eating after 7 p.m. wouldn't work for me.

Amy - I will be with you and focus on not eating any later than 3 hours before bed. When I go to the gym after work, i have to have a little evening snack. Maybe for the next 10 days I can switch it up ...
