Hi My 10% are 7 kg. If I manage to reach this goal till the summer, this will be a big success for me and I will be very happy. I am happy to be in this challenge with you, Riocaz You are a great motivation for me!

That's a pretty good and I think a doable challenge! I'm with 104.5kg - 10.5kg, so I have to weight 94kg / 207lbs in three months, doable, it's gonna be hard, but doable. I started my weight loss journey seriously on oct 18 of 2012, and so far:

Welcome Huffmann and Goethe. I've done a 10% in 3 month challenge before Goethe and managed to complete it with a few days to spare. The beginning of April is important in my family (as they are all Cricket obsessives) so I would love to go down the the club and give a few old friends a bit of a shock at the beginning of season.

I will give it a go but 10% will be 18.7lb as of today which might be excessive. .. Depends how i feel as i go along. I think its as sensible to feel comfortable as well as weight loss.

10% of what I weighed 2 days ago is 21.2 lbs! That is a lot but I think that I can do it! In May I will be going to my highschool as they are having a 50 year party for the school! I want to be hot looking as I have just had my first baby and I would love to shead some weight before I go and show off my beautiful daughter! @----->----- Doing the best I can each moment of the day!

10% for me is 6.7kg. If I manage to lose this plus 1 extra kg I will have made my 3rd and last goal weight! This one might be tough but I'm going to do my absolute best. Best of luck everyone!

Losing 10% in 12 weeks would be fantastic! The closer to goal I get the slower the weight comes off, so I will be challenged to lose 10% - between and 17 and 18 pounds - which would mean I will hit my first goal weight of 160lbs. WooHoo - wish me luck! If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

10% for me would be 22.2 lbs. Should be doable on South Beach Diet phase 1, but I'm still nervous! April 5th is my birthday, so being under 200 lbs would be a GREAT b-day gift! Started South Beach Diet Phase 1 on 12/30/12. I *WILL* get to goal this time!

I will need to lose about 5.9kgs (13 lbs) if weight tomorrow is about the same as today. I definitely think it is doable...I am going to have a set back in Jan due to family trip, but after that it is all smooth sailing

For me, it looks like 20lbs is the 10% goal by April 1. Very feasible in a 3 month period. Our Winter Hikes at the local Metro Park will be starting this weekend so I'll have a good reason to get at least 30 minutes of exercise in once or twice a week. I'll see if I can get some more activity in as well. Mini goal 1: 190 lbs.| Mini goal 2: 180 lbs.| Mini goal 3: 160 lbs. Mini goal 1: Fit comfortably in my sz. 16 jeans again.| Mini goal 2: Fit into size 12 jeans. "Always seek out the seed of triumph in every adversity.” - Og Mandino

I am so glad that I joined this challenge! I have 40lbs to lose. 10% is 17lbs. Hopefully this will motivate me to keep going. I lost 95lbs when I had my twins back in 2007. But since then I have given birth to Triplets 2011 and gained some weight back It seems harder to come off now! I am going to track my food. Everything I eat I will log.

I am joining this challenge to get back on track after being so bad over the holidays. 10% is 15lbs and my current goal weight. It would be wonderful but I would be so happy with a lb/week or even 10 lbs. Let's start.

Good Luck everyone. I'm wimping out and refusing to weigh-in until after my last "festive" gathering on Saturday. So it will be Monday before I weigh-in again. I dread to think how much I gained over NYE and New Years day... I did try and be good, but there were all those leftovers...
