How much can I eat after 5pm?

Guidelines:
You can basically eat your full meal. Do not over do it though. But if you have to measure the meal with calories - you can eat no more than +- 1000 calories. Key is not to over do the meal time otherwise this diet wont work.

Can i have a small snack during the fasting period?

Guidelines:
How badly do you want to lose that extra weight that has been bogging you for your whole life? So no snacks until 5pm.

Can i drink some diet soda?

Guidelines:
Diet soda like Coke Zero etc will stop your fast. If you drink diet coke you wont lose weight. SO no diet cooldrink at all :)

Can I have a beer or any alcohol?

Guidelines:
Drinking beer or any type of alcohol will only stop your weight loss. So not alcohol during the fasting days - wait until Saturday evening and then klap a few beers and crack that wine :)

Guidelines:
1 Apple Cider Vinegar. 2.Sea Salt Water- Do NOT drink sea water - rather, add sea salt to your water throughout the day. Green Tea - without sweeteners of any sort Coffee - without sweeteners of any sort

So far so good. I've had alcohol last night though. I blame it on the stock take at work. :-0 I'm worried about the weekend.

1000 cal Food Choices
Wow, sounds good. I normally just eat prepared suppers such as meat balls, rice and 2 slices of bread with a cup of coffee before bed time. I have not worked it out but probably +-1200cal

Week days aren't my down fall though, it's when I get home at 14:45 on a Friday afternoon & my will power & self control stayed behind at work. LOL.
