Whatever day you find works best for you - fast for the entire day. Give yourself a non-food reward for it. Maybe a nice hot bath with candles, maybe rent a favorite movie. Something to wrap up the day on a good note. Get a light and yummy breakfast ready for yourself for the next day to look forward to.
