Guidelines:
Chewing that piece of sweet allows you to taste it more and really get the flavor from it! Take your time when allowing yourself this bite, it lasts longer. Try and drink milk with it, it fills you up more than water and is more satisfying. If you are lactose intolerant, they offer many pills both chewable and swallowable for this.
