Additional Description/Notes:
"Free Food" = up to 8 tsp. In some recipes, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener may contribute minimal calories. Suitable For People With Diabetes. Each packet actually contains 4 calories. If you eat several throughout a day you can contribute a significant amount of your caloric intake with this sweetner. ZeroContent Edit: Due to FDA regulations items under 5 calories can be labeled as 0. Accord to the makers of Splenda 1 tsp (0.5g) is actually 2 calories which make gram for gram Splenda the same calories as sugar. Because of the serving size being so small they list it as 0 calories which is untrue and especially when you're using a cup (28) and is actually 96 calories. I'll add the corrected calories to additional serving sizes.
