Label on product says the 1/4 cup serving size for 150 calories is measured in the dry pre-cooked form. This expands when cooked. So a 1/4 cup of cooked oats is NOT 150 calories. 1 cup ofCOOKED oatmeal would most likely be 150 calories. as 1 cup of DRY oats are added to 4 cups of water to cook and expand to fill the 4 cup volume
