Jumping jacks down did it in 2 sets of 50. Sit-ups, wow! Its 9am I have 60 down so happy about that. Will definitely get ti the othet 40 before bed. The water might prove to be a challenge but i'mma workit out. Yay! Go team!

Ok so did other 40 sit-ups. Phew! Now this 100 oz of water is really sending me to the wadhroom, thank goodness am at home. Day 1 down looking good!

Hey! So started a bit late today wad outta the house early. Did my jacks 60/40 today. 40 situp for now, whoa! It hurts. Did great with my water yesterday. Today a bit behind. Will get there though.

Pushed myself last night I got in my oyher 60 situps didn't do too well with the water but today is a new day. I,m in it to lose it. :-)

Did my full workout last night not to happy with water. Also I realized that I was focused on the workout and water and not on the fried stuff. Did have any but I think something I had containef a bit of oil so I have to pay better attention this week coning. Hope to lose 2 lbs by wednesday ( my weigh-in day)

Ok so set for yesterday and today woohoo! Did jumping jacks all at once today yay!no fried stuff so good for tomorrow can wait for weigh-in. ( can't watch)

been mia for a couple days now but don't worry I have been true to my challebge. Execot for yesterday I missed 40 situps, hope to make up for it today. Still going strong!
