Krhfy6's Run/Walk/Jog to a Healthier You Wall

Just finished week 1, day 1! Not as hard as I thought it was going to be.

so far so good. I ran Tuesday and Thursday last week with the app. On Friday my app wouldn't work right, so I switched to doing a little more running and a little less walking. Monday I forgot to take my phone with me, (I was at a conference, and in a hotel gym), but I feel like I accomplished way more than normal. I ran for 2 minute periods at 5.5mph with a 1 minute walk in the middle at 3.7mph, 3 times, and on the 4th one, I ran for 5 minutes at 5.7mph and walked for an additional 5 minutes at 3.7mph. totalling about 2.25 miles. I also took the stairs, all 5 stories instead of the elevator all weekend except when moving our luggage. I'm hoping to run again tonight, and to continue to push myself to doing at least 5 sets of 2 minute runs with only 45 second walks. Then finishing the 5th set with an extra minute or 2. I also want to get in at least a mile of walking. separate from the workout. It seems to help my legs not feel so sore.
