CJ Chandler's GET MOVING Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
 
Thursday - Played basketball, 1-on-1 with another non-skilled guy, not as much of a workout as the usual 2-on-2 or 3-on-3. Friday - a bunch of standing around doing odd, small things; no workout. Saturday - 50 minutes on the treadmill + circuit on pull-up bar, with stretching before and after.
