My three day detox ends tonight. I'm afraid i'm gonna start gaining what I've lost back. I've thought about just staying on this liquid diet but I don't think that is healthy long term. It's very hard to find foods low in carbs, fat, and cholesterol. I need a magic food list.

Research, research, research. I STILL look everyday to find healthier, low carb, low sugar, high protein foods & meals. I would not worry too much about the fat, unless you usually consume a huge amount. What I'm doing is trying to focus on foods that are high in fiber & protein. If you need encouragement, I'm here. Good luck, you can do it!
