"hour and a half on wii fit this morning did step for a half hour, hoola hoop for 10 mins, boxing for 15 mins and yoga for about a half hour.
I worked up a little bit of a sweat, esp. in the boxing.
I might try and get to the gym tonight and get in a half hour on the treadmil or elliptical."
