Mini Challenge - Cardio 30 minutes
"I always do more than 30min I've upped my workouts and have been doing around 1 hour 30 min workouts. I try to do this every day but this week has been so stressful everything that could go wrong went wrong. At least I pulled though and am still standing somehow. The world will never win against me because I will not let it! And the people at the gym who look at me like I'm some freak because I sweat so much because I need to work off everything I stress ate can bugger off. "

"No parties this weekend. Last weekend was so much celebration and it was all worth it. Didn't gain any lbs though yay! Crazy gym workouts are worth it! "
