"I changed my diet half way thru because I didn't feel like ww was working for me...to many carbs...I switched over to an atkins style...and am feeling better and moving the scale...I have exercised daily and never drank water before...but have turned that around by drinking all water (atleast 64oz and more)and saving a diet caffiene free pop for a treat...I have had absolutly NO cravings and had temptation all around me and never lifted a fry or bite of cookie to my lips...I have a few more challenges going to keep me going on track...I make out my menu the day before so as long as it is in writing I have no problem following it...if I buy something to eat today and not on my list it will get worked in the next couple days so I can eat it...Good luck to all on their ongoing weight loss...(:"
