Mini Challenge - Drink more water and less anything else
"Gave up any alchohol and I really see how not only is it the beer but what I want with it ie chips. Hard to keep up but really see the results much more than allowing even 1-2 beers a week. Does cut down on going out with friends ( makes me wonder)."
