Well, I have exercised and watched my food for two weeks now, and lost 9lbs in the process. I am looing forward to the challege and rewards.

This week I wasn't feeling all that great; both physically and mentally. I didn't stray from my diet but did decrease my exercise. It's a new week and I'm feeling a bit more ambitious. I have three more weeks in Iraq before heading home. I want to leave here under 200lbs. I believe this is totally achievable.
