I understand where you are coming from. It can be so very frustrating. But try not to let minor setbacks get in your way to success. Just remember that if you screw up today, tomorrow is a new day. Or for that matter, the next meal, drink, or bite is a new choice. Keep at it, you'll get there. They say that it takes 21 days to make something a habit, I suppose by the end of this challenge, I, you, we, will all have some new habits.
