I have the same breakfast daily: Egg whites mixed with salsa, pepper, two prunes, and 1/2 slice pita bread. About 127 calories with no cholesterol but does have high sodium because of the pita bread. Satisfying and high protein content. I could do better with drinking water (continuous effort with this challenge).
