I lost another pound. How? I've been going to water aerobics and cut down a lot on cheese. I am still walking about about five times a week but now I use weights, increased the incline, and upped my speed. It took me a year of slow walking to be able to get here.

I exercised more yesterday then I ever had in my life. Plus, I was actually having fun. I feel good, no, great! Today, I'm going to burn calories by cleaning my house and pulling weeds. I also have to get my nails and toes done. I'm excited to be able to relax a little. I don't want to hurt myself by overdoing it. Also, those mim have changed my life. I've been using flax in small amounts but these muffins are awesome!
