A place to provide support and encouragement...
Another hurdle to get over, Church fellowship breakfast. The men's group prepared the menu and food. Tried to choose as small a portion of each item as is reasonable. Noted no water served at the table, so drank coffee. Just hope that my evening's planned walk will help to counter act what I ate.
