"Missed a few days last week because of back and knee issues. Looking at back surgery in the very near future, but try to push it. I don't want to lose the momentum. Feel much better after exercising. So it's mental as well as physical. "

"Potato chips. Missing them. Gave them up months ago, but because I know it's one of my weaknesses, I crave them and have to watch hubby eating them at lunch everyday. Sheesh."

"Water, coffee and tea when home. Coke zero when out or diet soda. Normally don't drink or eat anything with the hfc, but once in a while I do. "

"So many bad habits to pick from. This week, I'll stop talking about my SIL who thinks the world revolves around her and that I don't have enough of a life to drop everything for her when she wants to do something. I will not talk about her behind her back. And that's probably pushing it as she can pluck my last nerve. "
