Mini Challenge - Exercise at Least 4 Days a Week - Failed
"Missed a few days last week because of back and knee issues. Looking at back surgery in the very near future, but try to push it. I don't want to lose the momentum. Feel much better after exercising. So it's mental as well as physical. "
Mini Challenge - Stop Eating Oreos or fill in the blank - Successful
"Potato chips. Missing them. Gave them up months ago, but because I know it's one of my weaknesses, I crave them and have to watch hubby eating them at lunch everyday. Sheesh."
