The 180 starting weight was a guess since I needed to enter a weight value very quickly in order to join the challenge by the deadline. It may be a very tiny victory but I was pleased when I looked back at my records and found that I had only gained half a pound over the three weeks that I was staying with my children and their families over the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
