lots of water feel hungry in the evenings missed breakfast this morning

driving. no crisps or snacks and lots of water. need to reduce the amount of sandwiches I have per week- normally have one sandwich a day at lunch but its too much carbs- need to find a satisfying replacement soon

ate crisps today- one packet of sensations. Had a good breakfast but didn't do any exercise. haven't had lunch or dinner- am feeling so hungry tonight
