If I stick to today's diary and do the same again tomorrow, I will have completed the -500 RDI challene Tuesday I will have completed the exercise (45 mins walk,45 mins body pump and 45mins Zumba toning) just the 8 glasses a day to go.

wow - can't believe the weight you are losing! I'm struggling on the Paleo diet in keeping my carb intake between 50 - 150. I eat the good complex carbs, but they are high! Don't want to just eat protein! What is your secret?? Good for you!

I am trying to stick to roughly 1350 calories a day. Complex carbs are really good for you. You are losing weight so thats the main thing. The other thing is I am 5'4 and 2 stone over weight you don't have that much weight to lose and therefore I would expect weight loss be around the same as yours on a weekly basis when I am nearing my goal weight. The exercise I am doing is mainly weight based( body Pump and Zumba Toning) and then I have a 30 minute walk as part of my commute to and from work
