Mini Challenge - walk twice a week for only 30 minutes
"So yesterday I walked all throughout the main college building to go get my books & to learn where my classes were (which took a while). After that I went to Walmart for about an hour to get groceries. So yesterday I was on my feet for over 3 hours. So I definately reached my goal for yesterday. Then today my room mate & I went on the bus to the downtown area to spend some time hanging out with each other. We first walked from the apartment at about 1pm to the bus stop. We finally returned back home at about 6pm today. Think we may have walked 3 miles yet that's just a guess though however. So I have done really well on my 2nd week's challenge! I'm proud of myself for accomplishing this as well as I have so far!"
