A place to provide support and encouragement...
This program was down for me yesterday but I had a good day. Very motivated! Walked 4.65 miles on very hilly terrain and kept "somewhat" within my caloric intake. I've got to say the more familiar I get with this site, the more I am amazes at the quantity of information that is here right at your fingertips! I am taking a close look at my pie chart of foods eaten and see that I still have a ways to go in food selections on this Paleo meal plan. appears yesterday most of my calories consumed was from FAT! Not lean protein. So it will be a work in progress as I move forward!
